With a fund size of US$ 300 million, BGL Private Equity (Mauritius) Fund I, an offshore fund registered and regulated in Mauritius is targeted at international and domestic institutions, corporations, financial institutions, government institutions, foundations and endowment funds, pension funds and ultra high networth individuals. BGL Private Equity is making a proprietary commitment of US$ 30 million, representing 10 percent of BGL Private Equity (Mauritius) Fund I. With a minimum commitment of US$ 1 million investors can purchase 10,000 shares of the Fund at US$ 100 per share.
BGL Private Equity (BVI) Club I
With a fund size of US$ 200 million, BGL Private Equity (BVI) Club I, an offshore fund registered and regulated in The British Virgin Islands is targeted at international and domestic institutions, corporations, financial institutions, government institutions, foundations and endowment funds, pension funds and ultra high networth individuals. BGL Private Equity is making a proprietary commitment of US$ 20 million, representing 10 percent of BGL Private Equity (BVI) Club I. With a minimum commitment of US$ 250,000, investors can purchase 2,500 units of the Fund at US$ 100 per share.
