BGL’s financial year end was recently moved from the 30th of June to the 31st of December. The financial year therefore currently runs from January to December.

BGL as a good corporate citizen is committed to increasing the wealth of its shareholders and we believe that a consistent dividend policy is a critical measure of shareholder satisfaction. To this end, even as we place emphasis on the reinvestment of earnings, we are also committed to delivering good returns to shareholders in the form of dividends and capital appreciation.

In line with the company’s objective to ensure the highest possible value is created for our shareholders, BGL shares would be listed on the NSE in the second or third quarter of 2010.
